The petitioner seeks bail in Bihpur (Bhawanipur) Police Station Case No. 127 of 2017, corresponding to the S.T. No. 797 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor does not dispute the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is identical to those two accused persons, who has been granted regular bail by this Court by order dated 27.11.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 45220 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application is allowed.

Case No. 127 of 2017, corresponding to S.T. No. 797 of 2017.
