In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following relief/reliefs:

"This is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to grant the petitioner No.-015191028 Constable/GD disability pension/medical board pension with other benefit as he due to I E D blast was declared to be 70 % disable by doctors of CRPF and also that he cannot perform his normal duties in CRPF like other Jawans and unable to perform normal daily routine without help and thus deserves be granted the said pension as provided under CRPF rule/Circulars and not granting the same by respondents is highly illegal and discriminatory or for any other order or orders which this Hon'ble may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of this case."

Patna High Court CWJC No.9705 of 2021 dt.29-11-2021 2/2 Short question for consideration in the present petition is whether petitioner is entitled for disability pension as claimed by him or not? In this regard the competent authority-respondent has not taken a decision, therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to take a decision and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
