Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420, 409, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have got employment by placing forged mark sheet for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 10.7.2016. Investigation against him appears to have already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
