2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 126 ( 2 ), 127 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118(1), 117 ( 2 ), 109, 303 ( 2 ), 352 and 3(5) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , allegation against this petitioner is that he assaulted informant with lathi due to which he sustained fracture injury . Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature .
