This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.468 of 2021, registered for offences under Sections 364/34 of the IPC and added Sections 302, 120(B) and 201 of the IPC. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the learned Trial Court and seek regular bail, however, seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court not to be prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present petition. It is directed accordingly.

The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed,
