The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sadar P.S.(Saharsa) Case no.970 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 342, 354(b), 354(d), 504, 506, 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code along with Section 66(E), 67, 67(A) of the I.T. Act and Section 8, 12, 17, 1nd 18 of the POSCO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the police received information that the video is viral that the son of the accused persons are misbehaving with the informant and on inquiry of that video, the petitioner and other accused persons were made accused in this case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71607 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and he is in custody since 28.8.2018 and another accused person having similar allegation has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench fo this Court, vide order dated 28.11.2018 passe din Cr. Misc. No.68417 of 2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sadar P.S. (Saharsa) Case No.970 of 2018 in connection with 1st Additt. Sessions Jduge cum Special Judge, POSCO, Saharsa..

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
