1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that two increments of pay, which ought to have been attached to the pay of the petitioner, has not been counted for fixing his retirement benefits.

3. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he had to approach this Court vide C.W.J.C. No. 6239 of 2016 for getting his retirement benefits, which case stood disposed off vide order dated 16.09.2016. Later, a contempt application also was filed vide M.J.C. No. 2892 of 2018, which is still pending adjudication. There is reference of another writ petition preferred by the petitioner viz. C.W.J.C. No. 10352 of 2018 which is also stated to be pending consideration. The details of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6239 of 2016 has not been stated and this Court has also not been informed about the contents/prayer made in C.W.J.C. No. 10352 of 2018.

This petition otherwise would have been rejected for lack of necessary inputs and information but considering that the petitioner is a retired employee of the Government, this Court only directs the petitioner to make a representation, detailing his grievances before the Principal Secretary, Good, Civil Supply and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No.

1) within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of the

5. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
