Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (FCI) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 registered under Sections302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner alongwith other accused persons are alleged to have killed the son of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is nothing specific against the petitioner and there is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that during course of investigation, witnesses have also not supported the prosecution version. It is further submitted that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50001 of 2016 (4) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 co-accused namely, Golu Kumar and Ravi Raj have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2016 and 15.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 20352/2016 and 3101/2016 respectively.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni (F.C.I.)
