JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are languishing in custody since 31.5.2016 in Baheri P.S. Case No.74/16, G.R.No.1328/16 for the offences under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the I.P.C. On recovery of dead body of Shivam Kumar aged about 3 1⁄2 years, the F.I.R. was lodged on suspicion that the petitioners had some quarrel with the informant on the allegation of theft. Petitioners had threatened the informant to make her issuless.

Considering that the allegation is of suspicion and that they are female members, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with
