The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 27 of 2011, registered under Sections 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in course of verification of residential certificate of six persons named in the F.I.R. it was found that the same are forged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. in course of investigation, six persons named in the F.I.R. disclosed that the alleged forged residential certificates were managed to be issued by this petitioner in connivance with one Rajendra Mandal. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal
