2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside the FIR bearing Keoti P.S. Case No. 211 of 2022 and also for quashing the Charge-sheet No. 258 of 2023 dated 31.08.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the Informant Ms. Surabhi Suman has appeared in this Court and has submitted that a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the informant which contains the compromise petition filed by the parties in the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.730 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 Court below.

4. In view of the settlement between the parties, this application is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the FIR bearing Keoti P.S. Case No. 211 of 2022, the Charge-sheet No. 258 of 2023 dated 31.08.2023 and all consequential proceedings arising out of Keoti P.S. Case No. 211 of 2022 are hereby quashed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
