1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. On query of the Court from the learned counsel for the petitioners with regard to the stage of the case, it has been submitted that charges have been framed.

3. Learned APP Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad submits that framing of charge signifies commencement of trial. Since the charges have been framed and the order of discharge was never challenged, as such, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.
