JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Nagar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is said to have caught hold to the informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2022.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Nagar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2021.
