Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.02.2016 in a case registered under sections 366A, 376 and 373 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/12 of POCSO Act.

It would appear from perusal of Annexure-2 series that the informant was examined before the trial court as prosecution witness no. 3 and she denied the entire prosecution story stating that she was never kidnapped by any person.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional
