Petitioner in this case is seeking quashing of the notification as contained in Memo No. 841 Patna dated 29.04.2022 (Annexure '5') to the writ application. From the records, it does not appear that the petitioner has ever agitated this issue with the competent authority of the Department. In such circumstances, where the petitioner has not raised this issue with the competent authority/ Department of Education, Government of Bihar, this Court is not inclined to

Petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate representation, if so advised, with the Director, Secondary Education (Respondent No. 2) within a period of 30 days from today whereupon the same will be considered by Respondent No. 2 or he may take up the matter with any other competent authority. An appropriate view shall be taken on the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of this order and the same will be communicated to the petitioner.

This writ application stands disposed of.
