The present application has been filed by respondent no.1 where he has stated that two conflicting orders have been passed, one has been passed in CWJC No. 4863 of 2001 and another has been passed in CWJC No. 6450 of 2001. If one order is complied with will give a result of violation of another order. In such view of the matter, prayer has been made to extend the period of time which has been mentioned in judgment and order dated 17.8.2001 passed in CWJC No. 4863 of 2001.

As the matter is of 2001, there is no need to pass any further order for extension of time. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
