ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2015 The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 27.10.2014 by which the Additional Sessions Judge IV, Gopalganj in Sessions Trial No. 10 of 2013 has refused to discharge them under Sections 227 and 228 Cr. P.C.

Considering that no prejudice will be caused if charge under Section 307 I.P.C is framed, the application is rejected.
