In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 324 of 2010 registered for offences under sections 135/139 of the Electricity Act.

The instant case is of the year 2010. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Ashraf Khan is rejected.
