Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 431 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, six tyres were recovered from a Bolero Pick-up van. The accused persons became successful in fleeing away.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34117 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 that the petitioner is owner of that Pick-up van and he has no concern with the alleged tyre. He has submitted further that the petitioner is handicapped by 40% and he is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehri in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 431 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
