Petitioner happens to be witness over a document executed by accused, Ramun Paswan in favour of Yasmin Khatoon, Nikhat Tabassum which the complainant claimed to be his ancestral property.

Considering the status of the petitioner inconsonance with the period of detention since 23.08.2016, petitioner, Lal Babu Paswan @ Law Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M.K. Sahi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class- East Champaran, Motihari in Complaint Case No. 430 of 2016.
