2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laraiyatand P.S. Case No. 48 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. In compliance of order dated 06.04.2026, the S.H.O. and I.O. of Laraiyatand P.S. have appeared before this Court.

4. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is to kill the deceased for dowry and after investigation the charge has been submitted in the case.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody and the fact that the allegation has been found false, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger/concerned Court below in connection with Laraiyatand P.S. Case No. 48 of 2025.

8. The personal appearance of S.H.O. and I.O. of Laraiyatand P.S. is dispensed with.
