Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent error on the part of the Office of the Court for the same writ petition two different numbers were allotted inasmuch as earlier writ petition no. 6574 of 2020 was allotted and the same was heard and disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court on 17.9.2020. Accordingly, submission is that the present writ application has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
