The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that only on confessional statement of coaccused, petitioners have falsely been made accused in this case. It is also submitted that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. and also they have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.8463 of 2017 (3) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S.
