Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,504,506,379,307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the written report it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the petitioners of assaulting the daughter of the informant on account of which she became unconscious for some days. The injury report annexed as Annexure 2 shows the X-ray of skull and C.T scan of brain normal and nature of injury was found simple in nature
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7044 of 2017 (2) dt.21-02-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. The petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
