1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That, the present writ petition is for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondents specially the District Magistrate, Darbhanga equally senior Superintendent of Police to provide protection of life, personal liberty including property which are constitutional right granted under Article 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India taking note of the order passed in Survey Case No. 1118/2005 concerning her properties which are encroached/captured by unsocial element on point of
Patna High Court CWJC No.5236 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 muscle, men power and money ignoring title and possession upon land which cannot be interfere and disposes without procedure establish by the law and for other necessary relief/relief's on the basis of facts and circumstances of the case as stated, enumerated and discussed hereinafter."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
