Patna High Court CWJC No.14359 of 2015(2) dt.21-02-2023 2/2 before the State Appellate Authority, as after passing of the Judgment the State Government has established a State Appellate Authority to hear appeals against the order passed by the District Appellate Authority in 2015.

2. The petitioner is granted liberty to raise all arguments before the State Appellate Authority, who shall hear the case without delving into issue of limitation.
