Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 406, 407, 408, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case was registered against the Circle Officer, PACS officials and some farmers.

The specific allegation against petitioner no.1 is that some interpolation was done incorporating his name in the rent receipt. However, it is submitted that this petitioner is the son of Moti Sah and after death of his father, his name was mutated and except that there is no allegation against this petitioner and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5606 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 petitioner no.2, another farmer, is not named in the F.I.R. and other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Vakil Sah and Hardeo Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lal Bihari Paswan, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bikramganj, District- Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No.06 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
