The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 298 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation of firing is attributed to the co-accused persons. There is family dispute between the parties and for which the petitioner has been made accused in several cases which is evident from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25060 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 paragraph-3 of the application. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 298 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
