ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 28.10.2014 by which the Sessions Judge, Begusarai, has refused to discharge the Petitioner in Sessions Trial No. 81 of 2014 arising out of Garhpura P.S. Case No. 46 of 2013.
It has been submitted that the Petitioners seek quashing on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51797 of 2014 dt.09-04-2015 2/2 for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Sessions Trial No. 81 of 2014 arising out of Garhpura P.S. Case No. 46 of 2013, to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, and the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
