JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 225 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Shubham Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 28.7.2018. Till date the petitioner has not been put on TIPand charge sheet has been submitted on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been put on TIP and he has remained in custody for nearly 8 months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22641 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJMII, Patna City, Patna in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 225 of 2018.
