The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/506/307/ 379/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner No. 1 is said to have assaulted with the butt of the pistol and the injury is simple in nature. The occurrence has taken place because there is case and counter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 35605 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2022 2/2 case. The injury is simple in nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
