This Court finds that neither there is any representation on the part of the petitioner nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed so as to controvert the aforesaid averments made by the opposite party-University in the show cause filed in the present case, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 09.09.2019 has stood complied with.
