2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 495 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 127.97 Kgs of Ganja was recovered from the tractor being driven by the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2025.

4. Considering the huge recovery of ganja from the vehicle which was being driven by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
