The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 386, 419 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. The informant made allegation that the petitioner and others intercepted his truck demanded extortion. The police apprehended the co-accused Ashok Chaudhary who disclosed the name of the petitioner and others.

It appears that the anticipatory bail of similarly situated co-accused Azit Kumar @ Azit Kumar Singh and Pappu Kumar @ Pappu Singh have already been disposed of with a direction to surrender in the court below vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42608 of 2015 (4) dt.04-01-2016 2/2 13624 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 12413 of 2015. Accordingly, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
