Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40710 of 2019, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to Corona pandemic and lockdown.

In view of the aforesaid fact, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
