2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 379, 469, 500, 501/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.
3. It is alleged that marriage of sister of informant was going to be solemnized with Upendra Kumar on 07.12.2023 and in the meantime, this petitioner sent obscene video of informant's sister on the mobile phone of Upendra Kumar by editing the same and due to this act, the groom side refused to marry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has never sent any objectionable photo/video on the mobile phone
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25914 of 2024(4) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 of Upendra Kumar. As a matter of fact, the sister of informant was having love-affair with this petitioner and she was not ready to marry with Upendra Kumar and hence, she provided the mobile number of Upendra Kumar to this petitioner to convince him not to marry her. Now, the matter has been compromised between the parties and marriage of sister of informant has already been solemnized. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 8th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 309/2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
