1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.09.2019, passed in CWJC No.18763 of 2019, the Circle Officer Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani, has passed the final order dated 09.11.2022, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with Encroachment Case No.09 of 2019-20, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court, disobedience whereof has been complained of has stood complied with.

2. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.1147 of 2021(4) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 09.11.2022, if so advised. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
