JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34, 379, 504, 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the accused persons were plucking the mango from the orchard of the informant and when the father of the informant forbade them not to pluck the mango then the accused persons assaulted the father of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of assault is omnibus and general against four persons but only one injury has been found on the head of the father of the informant though, simple in nature. A statement has been made in para of the petition that the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 224 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
