Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Shri. Ramakant Sharma, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. 2.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that son of the present petitioner is also an accused in the instant case, who moved for regular bail before this Court by filing Cr. Misc No. 26140 of 2024 (Vikas Kumar vs. the State of Bihar) and he has been granted the privilege of regular bail after noting the facts and arguments in detail. It is next submitted that the case of this petitioner is on a better footing and is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26948 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 since 13-11-2023 and is own brother of the deceased. 4.

Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant oppose the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by learned senior counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kako (Bhelwar O.P) P.S. Case No. 371 of 2023.
