JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2023 The allegation against the petitioner is that he managed to obtain employment, as a Panchayat Teacher, based on forged documents. There was an order passed by this Court in a Public Interest Litigation (CWJC No. 15459 of 2014) that no criminal prosecution shall be initiated against those teachers who had obtained appointment based on forged certificates and have resigned. However, the petitioner has not resigned.

2. The present application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the CrPC, seeking quashing of the First Information Report of Nokha P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022.

3. From the contents of the FIR, the Court is convinced that, prima facie, a cognizable offence is made out. In such circumstance, I am not inclined to interfere, exercising
