JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the accused of Ara Muffasil P.S.Case No.56 of 2003 are absconding and they have not been put on trial. The prayer of the petitioner in this writ application is to direct the respondents to hold speedy trial of the case of absconding accused.

In my view, the application is thoroughly misconceived. It is accordingly dismissed.
