The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 149, 452, 332, 333, 435, 436, 337, 338, 323, 224, 225, 307, 153(A), 342, 160, 379, 120-B, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act. A mob of 2000 people attacked on the Police Station and ransacked the same. Vehicles were also burnt. The mob was agitated due to commission of rape and murder of a female and inaction of the Police.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of

No.21142 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 allegation, let the petitioners, above named, who have got no criminal antecedent, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Ramgarh Police Station Case No.16 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
