1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "(i) FOR issuance of appropriate Writ / Writs, Order / Orders, Direction / Directions commanding the Respondents to pay the Petitioners monthly pension and the arrears of pension from the date as decided by the Government of Bihar as a policy matter that all such persons, who are detained in custody at the time of emergency in movement led by Late Jai Prakash Narayan would be honoured as such.
(ii) FOR issuance of Direction / Directions to
Patna High Court CWJC No.21817 of 2014(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 the Respondents to initiate payment of pension as well as arrears of pension alongwith all other benefits as published in Advertisement No. 5276 (Home-10) 07 Bihar."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
