The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Birpur (Bhim Nagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2016 registered under Section 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8678 of 2017 (3) dt.21-04-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Birpur, Supaul in connection with Birpur (Bhim Nagar O.P.)
