Petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.08.2016 in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 302,201,120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Son of the informant got missing from 27.07.2016. Subsequently, his dead-body was found. The FIR is against unknown. However, during investigation the informant and others got suspicion against the petitioner and others for the reasons that deceased had love affair with the petitioner which was not liked by the husband of this petitioner and under a plan hatched by the husband and others murder of Chhoti was committed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
