This is an application for anticipatory bail for the offence punishable under sections 341, 436, 427, 504 and 323 read with section 34 of the I.P.C which relates to Mahesi P.S. Case No. 166 of 2013 pending in the court of C.J.M. East Champaran at Motihari. . The petitioners want to renew their prayer for bail which has already been rejected vide order dated 08.05,2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20607 of 2014 on the ground that earlier order passed was not communicated to the petitioners resulting they had not surrendered. As submitted, the petitioners are again directed to surrender in the court below within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and seek regular bail and their prayer for regular bail shall be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1734 of 2015 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 considered on the same day taking into consideration that the petitioners are ladies on its own merits without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
