After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below in the light of order dated 11-08-2016 passed by learned Sessions Judge in B.P. No. 681 of 2016.

Accordingly, this petition, filed in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 72 of 2013 stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
