ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Shakurabad P.S. case No.48 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 452, 380, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jehanabad.

Considering that the Petitioner is named in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
