The petitioner submits that the advertisement inviting applications for grant of license for P.D.S. dealer is in violation of Rules of reservation. He submits that no 15 days time as stipulated in clause 7 of the Advertisement has been provided, as the advertisement was published on 17.08.2015 and the last date for filing application was 28.08.2015. The other infirmities are pointed out in para 10 of the writ application. The petitioner has already preferred representation before the District Magistrate The writ application is disposed of with a direction to
Patna High Court CWJC No.13898 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2 / 2 respondent no.4 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Any subsequent development would be subject to disposal of the representation.
