The petitioner seeks bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The informant, a police official alleged that on information, the house of Bhola Prasad was raided and two persons namely, Bhola Prasad and Jagdish Prasad were apprehended. On search, 89 bottles each containing 375 ml. Macdowell and 90 pieces each containing 80 ml. Macdowell Indian made foreign liquor were recovered. The name of the petitioner figured on the disclosure made by Bhola Prasad and Jagdish Prasad. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 11.09.2018.

Case No.90 of 2018.
